By downloading or using one of our apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where these terms and Apple's Standard EULA differ, the stricter protection for you applies.

2. Acceptable use

Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, use it to break the law, or interfere with its normal operation. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

3. Content & intellectual property

All content in the app — artwork, audio, text, lessons, code and the app names Sky Piggies, Onward GCSE, Transfer Trainer NI (Transfer Trainer), GCSE English Trainer, PomPom Pets, Planet Patchers, WordQuest, Wormy Bop, Stacky Snails, Chip!, Stella’s World of Wow, Grammar Glow, Bert and the Great Oak, Transfer Ready NI and Sight Reader — is owned by BaseCodex or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it only within the app for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment and learning.

4. Purchases

Any paid features or subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled under Apple's terms; manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We do not process or store payment details.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaseCodex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be at this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
