Short version: our apps don't collect your personal data. Everything an app stores — your progress, scores, settings and learning history — stays on your device and, where the app supports it, in your own private iCloud account. We can't see it, we don't sell it, and we don't share it.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not gather names, email addresses, contacts, location, advertising identifiers or usage-tracking profiles.

Data stored on your device

To work, an app saves your game or learning data (progress, scores, preferences) locally on your device. If the app offers iCloud sync, that data is stored in your own iCloud account under your Apple ID and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it.

Stella’s World of Wow on Android saves discoveries, favourites, quiz progress and settings on the device. It does not require an account, internet access or cloud sync. Android device backups may be governed by your device settings; Stella’s World of Wow does not provide an app backup service.

Little Learning Trails — Maths & English

Little Learning Trails is intended for Northern Ireland P5–P7 children with parent or carer support. Each installation stores one learner’s nickname, answers, writing, project drafts, progress and settings locally. No child account is required. The app does not send this learning work to us or provide cloud sync between devices.

A local parent PIN restricts adult controls; it does not encrypt learning work. Device or operating-system backups may include app data according to your device settings. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage or choosing to reset progress can remove saved work. Avoid entering private information in learning activities. External links open only when a parent chooses them.

TestFlight and Google Play testing services handle tester information, diagnostics and feedback under their own privacy policies. If you send feedback, do not include a child’s name, school or private learning work. Participation in any supervised evaluation is arranged separately with the owner, with appropriate consent.

StudyBranches

StudyBranches information updated 2 November 2026. StudyBranches is a device-local study notebook for learners of any age. It organises learner-supplied material and self-review; it does not automatically mark answers or provide a complete syllabus.

Notebook content and device access

The app stores maps, notes, original files and extracted text, source references, images, connections, flashcards, recall drafts, self-review choices and dates, recordings, edit history, recovery copies, import drafts, timer settings and display preferences in the current installation’s notebook. BaseCodex has no notebook-content server and cannot access or recover your local notebook remotely. On-device text extraction and OCR do not automatically upload source files.

No StudyBranches account is required. The app has no advertising or tracking SDKs and does not access contacts or location. Files and pictures are selected through platform controls. Microphone permission is requested only when you choose to record a note; refusing leaves text tools available. Recordings stay in the notebook and its exported backups. Read-aloud uses the device’s speech features and needs an installed offline voice for offline speech.

StudyBranches does not add its own notebook password or separate encryption layer. Device access and exported-file permissions control who can read your work. Keep schoolwork, original files, recordings and exports private.

Optional use of your own AI app

If you choose the own-AI workflow, you explicitly copy or share selected text and a prepared request into a separate AI app, then manually return its response. StudyBranches does not connect an AI account, hold an AI service key or automatically send notes to an AI provider. The separate provider’s account, age rules, privacy terms, limits and any charges apply to your choice. Returned material is unverified and must be reviewed. Originals, requests, responses and accepted changes are retained in the notebook and backups. Do not share confidential or identifying learner information.

Imports, exports, backups and optional Apple sync

Imported files are processed on device. Exports and notebook backups go only to destinations you choose using platform file or sharing controls. An email, cloud drive, AI app or other receiving provider handles the content you send under its own policies.

Native iPhone and iPad installations offer optional private Apple iCloud sync, enabled by the user on each compatible device using the same Apple Account. It may sync maps, notes, original source files, images, recordings, flashcards, drafts, history and conflict/deletion records to your own private Apple iCloud database. BaseCodex cannot access that database. Apple’s privacy policy and service settings apply. Running timers and display preferences remain local.

Android and browser notebooks remain independent and do not use this Apple sync. Use exported backups to transfer them. StudyBranches does not provide a developer-operated cloud backup. The Android app declares exclusions for app data in Android cloud-backup and device-transfer rules. Operating-system backups on Apple devices are governed by your Apple settings.

Retention and deletion

Notebook content remains until removed in the installation. History, recovery and conflict copies may retain earlier work. Uninstalling the app, clearing app storage or browser website data can remove local records; browsers may also evict storage. Export a backup first. For optional Apple sync, manage the private iCloud data through the app and Apple settings, including deletion records and other device copies. Exported or manually shared files remain at their destinations until you remove them there. We hold no server copy of your notebook.

Support, stores and children

Email bumblebopgames@gmail.com for privacy questions or deletion of support correspondence. We receive your email address and the information you choose to send, using Gmail, to answer the enquiry. Parents or guardians should contact us for children. Do not include a child’s name, school or private learning work. Google and Apple handle store purchases, testing details, diagnostics and feedback under their own policies; the app does not collect payment details. Current development previews do not make purchases. The website-hosting and support-email information below also applies.

Follow Assistant

Follow Assistant privacy policy

BaseCodex · Last updated 3 November 2026. This policy covers Follow Assistant on iOS and Android.

Your data stays on this device

App and brand names, audience and topic briefs, selected platforms, imported recommendations, queue dates, profile-opening records, outcomes and warning notes are saved in the app’s local database. BaseCodex does not receive this data. No app account, social password, cookie or social-media session is stored. Do not put sensitive personal information in research briefs or notes.

No tracking or automatic social actions

The app has no advertising, analytics or tracking service. Newer versions check Expo for app and curated-list updates; Expo may process technical connection data including IP address, operating system, project ID and a random installation token. Older Android test builds do not check for updates. Recommendations may also come from files you choose to import. Brand details and your decisions are not sent to Expo. The app never follows, likes, joins, messages or posts for you.

Opening profiles and sharing

When you choose to open a profile, the selected URL is passed to your browser or social app. That service may process your IP address, account/session information and activity under its own policies. Confirm the correct account before acting. Sharing a research brief or exporting history opens the system share or file controls; only you choose the destination. The receiving service then handles the selected content under its own policies.

Files, retention and deletion

The app reads only import files you select. Imported files are validated before records are added. Local records remain until you remove the installation or clear its app storage. Android app cloud backup is disabled. iOS device backups are managed through your Apple settings. Uninstalling can lose your queues and history; export anything you need first. Exported files remain where you saved or shared them until you delete them there. BaseCodex has no server copy to recover.

Support and store services

Email bumblebopgames@gmail.com for support or privacy questions. We receive your email address and the information you choose to send, using Gmail, and use it to answer your enquiry. Ask at that address to delete support correspondence. Do not send social credentials or private customer information. Google Play and Apple handle purchases, tester information, diagnostics and feedback under its own policies. No payment details are collected in the app.

Intended audience

Follow Assistant is a planning tool for adult app owners and brand managers. Social-platform account, age and community rules still apply. It does not guarantee followers, engagement, eligibility or compliance with platform rules.

Analytics & tracking

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and we do not track you across other apps or websites. Apple or Google may provide us with aggregated store or crash statistics under their own privacy policies. The Android app does not send us usage or personal data.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by the store you use: Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Stella’s World of Wow has no in-app purchases.

Children

Our apps are suitable for a general audience and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Support enquiries should be sent by a parent or guardian. Please do not include a child’s full name, school or other personal information.

Your rights

Since app progress lives on your device (and, for apps with iCloud sync, in your iCloud), you are in control. Deleting Stella’s World of Wow on Android removes its locally stored progress. For an app with iCloud sync, you can also clear its iCloud data in device Settings. If you have questions about your privacy, email us any time.

When you contact support

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so that we can respond to your enquiry. Please send only what is needed to explain the issue. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence.

This website

This support site uses no analytics scripts, advertising or contact forms. It is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect technical information, including IP addresses, when you visit. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Email is handled by Gmail; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
