StudyBranches
Created by a qualified, experienced teacher, StudyBranches helps learners organise their own notes with mind maps, flashcards and an optional focus timer. Current local test builds are development previews.
How do I add branches and details?
- Open a map and choose Add main branch for a big idea connected to your central topic.
- Tap an idea, then choose Add detail for a smaller idea connected to it.
- Use Back to map and My maps to return to your work.
The same ideas are available as a text list in Outline.
How do I use flashcards and the focus timer?
Choose Flashcards in your notebook to create a card set, or open an idea’s More idea tools and choose Make a flashcard. Try recalling an answer before revealing your notes, then compare and record your own confidence. Nothing is automatically marked.
Choose Focus timer to start, pause or resume a session and plan a break. The timer pauses when you leave the app; it does not provide background alarms.
How do I back up or move my notebook?
Use Help & backup → Export notebook backup. On the other installation, choose Choose notebook backup, inspect the preview, then choose Restore notebook content. Existing work is kept and conflicting references become separate copies. Backups with flashcards require StudyBranches 0.2 or later.
Native iPhone and iPad versions offer optional private Apple iCloud sync on compatible devices. Android and browser notebooks remain independent; use exported backups to transfer those. Update both Apple devices to a compatible version before syncing newer sources or drafts. Keep regular exported backups; uninstalling the app or clearing browser data can remove local work.

Follow Assistant — Android testing
A private planning tool for adult app owners and brand managers. Add an app or brand, import a researched shortlist, open profiles yourself and record your decisions. Following and all other social actions remain manual.
Where do new recommendations come from?
This Android testing version includes a dated saved shortlist and supports user-selected shortlist imports. Research and automatic daily delivery are not included. New brands start without recommendations until you import a checked shortlist using the exact brand name. Sharing a research brief sends nothing until you choose a destination.
How do I keep my history?
Queues and outcomes are saved on this device. Export history before uninstalling or clearing app storage. The app has no social sign-in, automatic follow feature, advertising or analytics service.

Common questions
How do I report a problem?
Email us with the app name and a short description of the steps that led to the problem. If a screenshot helps, remove any personal information before sending it.
Do I need an account?
The apps listed here work without creating an account with us. Apple services, such as purchases or optional iCloud features, use your own Apple account.
Where is my progress saved?
Game progress, settings and learning history stay on your device and, where an app supports it, in your own iCloud account. We cannot recover local progress for you. Please contact us before deleting an app to troubleshoot a problem.
